Fourteen days without sugar of the foods that act like sugar.

Getting past those first few days is the hardest and now you are feeling that you can really stick with this for the whole 30 days (and maybe longer).

    I look forward to the daily e-mails and I think they really help me keep on track. I have been able to do really well and now am actually enjoying eating 80% vegetables. I’m grateful that this program is available. It’s obviously just what I needed. I’m loving the way I look and feel!
