We didnt do these things before because we wernt as advanced as we are now also seeing as though our adverage lifespan has increased considerably I’d say that we don’t really need to care that much about these things also I like my cereals

Deer Dr. Scott,
I love your website and loved this post, but I’m afraid you have missed two major points

1. wearing cloths. The human body does not need any stupid cover. Being nude is the natural condition for living. And wearing cloths just because of cultural and/or social reasons is even worst, as it brings a lot of stress into life. And if you mention weather and cold climate conditions as a “good” reason to get covered, jump to the next point…

2. Living in a cold climate. The human being was created in a sub-tropical climate, which allowed him to remain naked 24/7 all round the year. I am aware to the changes in climate and the need to move to colder areas, as a part of searching for food or running away from enemies. But in our days, when people are more aware to their natural needs, staying in a cold climate does not make any sense… unless you are a “home-land” fanatic type of person, which is another kind of weird attitude to life that can be added to your list… Move to warmer parts of the world and earn as many days of nudity as possible. I can tell you, that in the part of the world where I live, we enjoy from almost 7-8 months a year of warm weather, and I personally don’t use this stupid accessory called cloths…

this was not an article about weird things human do, this was a health related article. i was looking for something interesting, not to be lectured into only eating fruits and not cooking my food while walking around with no shoes. what am i not sposed to shower any more?

You don’t develop a lactose intolerance just because you avoid it for a while. It is more likely that you were, but were so use to the effects of it you didn’t know anything was wrong. In fact, what you did was how doctors tell people to find out about their intolerance.

It is actually normal to lactose intolerant once you are about six or seven, because that is when you are supposed to be weaned off your mother’s milk. So really, you have some people in your family who are lactose tolerant and that is abnormal. Around 90% of the world is lactose intolerant, but Americans have a high percentage of people with the defect. Which is why we are so backwards in our thinking.

Think about this. If what you said was true, then how did we survive before we had fire? Think of it this way. If you have to cook it in order to eat it, then you probably shouldn’t be eating it to begin with.
